About Tamazight TV
Tamazight TV is the Amazigh-language channel of the Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion et de Télévision (SNRT), the Moroccan public broadcaster. Launched in 2010, it broadcasts in the three main Amazigh varieties spoken in Morocco, Tarifit, Tamazight and Tachelhit, with news bulletins, documentaries, drama series, films, music, children's programmes, magazines and shows about Amazigh culture, language, traditions and heritage.
Some programmes also use Arabic. The channel is available free-to-air on terrestrial television in Morocco and by satellite. SNRT streams Tamazight TV live and free on SNRT Live, its official online platform.
