About OTV
OTV, short for Otvorena televizija, is a local television station based in Zagreb, Croatia. It began broadcasting on 25 May 1989 as Omladinska televizija and is often described as the first commercial television station in the former Yugoslavia. The station later became Otvorena televizija, was rebranded Jabuka TV in 2010, and returned to the OTV name in October 2020.
It broadcasts in Croatian on digital terrestrial television in region D4, covering the City of Zagreb, Zagreb County and parts of neighbouring counties. Its schedule includes local news and county chronicles, talk shows, lifestyle, health and culture magazines, and entertainment programs.
