About Al Nabaa TV
Al Nabaa TV is a Libyan Arabic-language news and current affairs channel established in 2013 and based in Tripoli. Its programming has focused on news bulletins, political talk shows, documentaries and coverage of Libyan and regional affairs. Media observers have described the channel as close to political groups opposed to Marshal Khalifa Haftar, and reports have linked its ownership to Abdelhakim Belhaj, although this is not officially confirmed.
The station's Tripoli premises were attacked and set on fire in March 2017, after which it went off air briefly before resuming. At present the official website does not load any content and no official live stream could be found, so its current broadcasting status should be checked with other sources.
