About RIK Sat
RIK Sat is the international satellite channel of the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC, known in Greek as RIK), the public broadcaster of the Republic of Cyprus. It is aimed mainly at Cypriots and Greek speakers living abroad and carries a selection of programs from the corporation's domestic channels, including news bulletins, current affairs, entertainment, cultural shows and productions about Cypriot life and traditions.
Broadcasts are mainly in Greek. The channel can be watched live on the official CyBC television website, which offers live pages for RIK 1, RIK 2, RIK HD and RIK Sat, and the broadcaster also publishes programs on its YouTube channels. CyBC's former domain cybc.com.cy has been replaced by rik.cy, which now hosts its television and radio services.
