About RSI LA 1
LA 1 is the main television channel of Radiotelevisione svizzera (RSI), the Italian-language unit of the Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR, based in Lugano. It serves Italian-speaking Switzerland, mainly the canton of Ticino and parts of Graubünden, with the Telegiornale news bulletins, regional news, current affairs and debate programmes, documentaries, films, series and entertainment.
LA 1 is available on cable, IPTV and satellite, and its live stream is offered on the Play RSI platform at rsi.ch, together with on-demand replays. Because of broadcasting rights, many programmes in the live stream are restricted to viewers in Switzerland. Its sister channel LA 2 focuses on sport and other programming.
