About SelangorTV
SelangorTV is the internet television channel of the Selangor state government in Malaysia, run by Media Selangor Sdn Bhd, a company under the state-owned Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI). The channel started in 2008 and was previously promoted as TV Selangor through the Selangorku portal. Because it has no federal licence for terrestrial or satellite broadcasting, it is distributed online only.
Programming is mainly in Malay and focuses on state news, government announcements, community affairs, talk shows and local features about Selangor. Viewers can watch the official live stream on the Live TV page of the Media Selangor website, which also hosts news from the group's multilingual outlets. The broadcaster also publishes clips on its official YouTube and TikTok accounts. The old tv.selangorku.com and selangortv.my addresses now point visitors to the Media Selangor site.
