About TV+
TV+ is a Chilean free-to-air television channel broadcasting from Santiago. It was known for decades as UCV Televisión, the station linked to the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, and was renamed TV+ in November 2018. The channel is now operated by TV+ SpA, majority owned by Media 23, with the university keeping a minority share. Its schedule mixes news, talk and debate programs, entertainment, series and films, all in Spanish.
UCV Televisión traced its first broadcasts to 1957, making it one of the oldest television stations in Chile. Viewers can watch the channel live on the official website through the en vivo page, which carries the station's own player, and it is also carried on digital terrestrial television and on cable and satellite systems across Chile.
