About Court TV
Court TV is an American television network devoted to live coverage of criminal trials and legal news. The original Court TV operated from the early 1990s until it was rebranded, and the network was relaunched under the Court TV name and is now owned by the E.W. Scripps Company.
Its programming consists of gavel-to-gavel coverage of notable trials from courtrooms across the United States, together with analysis by legal experts, former prosecutors and defence attorneys, and reporting on high-profile cases. Programming is in English. Court TV is broadcast over the air on digital subchannels in many markets, and the network offers a live stream on the Watch Live page of its official website and in its app. Its YouTube channel also carries live streams of individual trials.
