About CPAC
CPAC, the Cable Public Affairs Channel, is a Canadian not-for-profit broadcaster owned by a group of Canadian cable and satellite companies and based in Ottawa. It carries gavel-to-gavel coverage of the House of Commons, including Question Period, along with Senate and parliamentary committee proceedings, Supreme Court of Canada hearings, political conventions, leadership debates and election coverage.
Its programming is available in both English and French, which are offered as audio versions of the same service rather than as separate channels. Viewers can watch CPAC TV live and free on the cpac.ca website, which also hosts on-demand video, podcasts and teacher resources. The broadcaster publishes clips on its official YouTube channel, but no continuous live stream of the channel was found there.
